About us
An extensive experience at the service of natural ressources
Since 1996, Geolink has been constantly developing and deepening its geological, geophysical and petrophysical knowledge of the main offshore basins through its regional project on the Norwegian continental shelf.
This thorough understanding guarantees our clients the robustness of our services. Geolink can therefore offer its clients integrated, multi-disciplinary studies at both regional and prospect levels for Natural Resource Exploration and also Carbon Capture & Storage purposes.
Through its Norwegian Continental Shelf Project, Geolink develops a comprehensive overview of the geology of the Norwegian sector and produces complementary documents to their clients through its interactive interface on Geolink website.
The Geolink Database is available throughout an interactive interface on the Geolink website and is covering the entire Norwegian Shelf.
Each regional project is the result of detailed stratigraphic studies based upon:
- Analysis of well and biostratigraphic data,
- High resolution depositional environment maps supported by wireline log data and seismic interpretation, highlighting Net sand and N/G information at each well-location,
- 2D and 3D seismic interpretation and regional mapping (KingdomSuite®),
- 3D seismic interpretation and seismic facies classification (KingdomSuite®),
- 3D seismic reservoir delineation and analysis (KingdomSuite®),
Stratigraphic visualization and modeling (JewelSuite®).
